Your appointment as well as your well-being are very important to us and that is why we understand that sometimes adjustments to our schedules may occur.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.
- Any cancellations or reschedules made less than 10 hours prior to your appointment will result in a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is $50.
- If less than 2 hours notice is given, the full appointment fee will be charged.
Ps.: Exceptions for truly extenuating circumstances will be made at clinic’s discretion. Please do not rely on reminders - they are a complimentary service only and are not failproof. You are responsible for remembering your appointment.
To be clear, we are not fans of charging cancellation fees as we would much like to be able to provide you treatment, however, just like any other small business, we need to cover costs and this allows us to continue promoting wonderful work for all of our customers.

Yes, as long as you have cover for remedial massage on your private health policy, you can claim your massage treatments. Please note that we do not currently have the Hicaps machine in our clinic, so you will need to make full payment for your treatment, and we will send you the receipt by email so that you can make the claim directly with your health provider.
Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing is best. You may be asked to remove or adjust some clothing to expose the area being treated; however, your privacy and dignity will always be respected. Please, let your treating therapist know if you do not want to remove clothing or feel uncomfortable doing so.
This is different for everyone, depending on their private health coverage policy. We advise contacting your private healthcare provider and quoting the treatment codes to see how much your individual policy will cover.

Yes, we do. We can either provide a physical certificate or have one emailed to you or the gift recipient. Please contact us if you want to organise a gift certificate; we will get it sorted out promptly.
We currently accept payments in cash or bank transfer. For purchases of GIFT CERTIFICATES, bank transfer can also be made, making it easy to purchase without having to come to the clinic in person.
You can only claim through your healthcare provider for services and only services related to remedial massage therapy. This is not permitted for services that include massage and are bundled with beauty services, as our beauty combos.
Please note that GIFT CERTIFICATES cannot be claimed through a healthcare provider as the purchase must be linked to the buyer's name.
We currently have some services that we offer discounts on when purchased in packages, which means you can pay in advance for some sessions of the desired service and therefore you will receive a discount on the final price.
Please note that you can obtain more discounts if these are purchased and combined with our LOYALTY CARD differential.

At the moment will not be possible to have people who use wheelchairs or have mobility difficulties, as we have stairs inside the house.
If this is your first time at the clinic and you are coming in for a Massage or Beauty treatment, please aim to arrive 5 minutes earlier as we will have some forms for you fill out prior to your appointment.

If you are coming for your first facial appointment, it would be recommended that you arrive 5-10 minutes earlier at least to fill out beauty forms, as well as bring your skincare products in use for review and possible recommendations or changes.
For all people who become clients of PM Remedial Massage & Wellness, we offer a loyalty card so that our clients can accumulate stamps for the service they use most at our establishment, giving them the possibility of a discount when they complete their stamp card.
When you come to visit us, don't forget to request yours and/or collect your stamps on your future visits.
**Loyalty cards can be combined with purchases of service packages that we also offer, when made and combined, these can generate more discounts/session in the end. Stay tuned.
PM Remedial Massage & Wellness also offers another special feature: our famous Referral Card. This card is not always in circulation and if you receive it, it will probably only be from one of our current clients who loves our services and wants to spread the good news. :)
This card is used to show our appreciation and gratitude to our current client and will be used when they would like to recommend our services to someone for the first time. You will receive it from their hands, with the name of the person who gave it to you and it will be with your name too. This way, when you both come to our clinic again, you will both be able to enjoy the discount.
We appreciate it when someone wants to promote our services and it is a way of giving a gift to both of you in this beautiful act.
